Kimbeny Patternmaking produces patterns suitable for a variety of uses including the vacuum forming industry and foundries. 

The vacuum forming patterns can be from timber, tooling board or A.B.S. 

The strength in our service is the ability to produce  patterns which can contain fine details and meet exacting tolerances required to display and hold stock in point of sale work, package items securely for shipping  or support and protect medical equipment. We can work from sketches, engineering drawings, CAD files or mockups depending on the client's requirements.

Patterns are supplied predrilled and can be painted if required.

Timing is often crucial in this process, so we can offer vacuum formed samples and produce mould formings to speed the process from approval of off-pattern samples to production tooling.

Patterns for the foundry can be produced according to client and foundry specifications.
